Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil) from Reputed Institute / College / Recognized University.
Experience :
- Minimum 25 years of Experience in Supervision and Execution of New Projects.
- Knowledge of Local Laws Related to Building Construction and Maintenance.
- Coordination with Consultants, Contractor, Sub Contractors and Various Subject Experts.
- Coordination with Various Agencies (Getting Permit) and Authorities.
- Maintenance of Existing Buildings.
- Preference will be given to Person having Experience of Similar Type of Work and Knowledge of HVAC System, Sewage / Effluent Treatment Plants, Electrical Installations, Generators etc.
Salary : Rs.60000/- (Per Month)
