Posts Name, Age Limit, Qualification and Experience :
  • Executive Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer
    • Age Limit : Around 45 years.
    • Qualification and Experience : Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in large company having sales turnover of Rs. 1000/- crores or more. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
  • General Managar (Human Resources)
    • Age Limit : Around 45 years.
    • Qualification and Experience : Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5-7 years as Head of HR Department in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
  • Company Secretary
    • Age Limit : Around 40 years.
    • Qualification and Experience : Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B. and around 15 years of post qualification experience, out of which, 8 years as Company Secretary in a listed company preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than Rs. 150 crores.
  • Chief Manager (Human Resources)
    • Age Limit : Around 40 years.
    • Qualification and Experience : Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University and around 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years at Senior level position in HR Department in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
